Краткий осмотр (реферат): У статті проаналізовано сучасний стан категоризованих готелів України, їх динаміку за 2018-2021 рр. та розподіл за областями. Досліджено діяльність Державного агентства розвитку туризму України з встановлення категорій готелям, з подальшим виявленням основних тенденцій та частоти отримання заявленої категорії готелем. Узагальнено основні мотиви отримання категорії сучасними готелями. Висунуто припущення впливу контингенту цільової аудиторії на потребу в отриманні категорії готелем. Припущено залежність бажання отримати високу категорію готелем від нових вимог до готелів, що отримують дозвіл на організацію та проведення азартних ігор. Досліджено реєстр виданих дозволів комісією з регулювання азартних ігор і лотерей та порівняно його з переліком готелів, що нещодавно пройшли категоризацію та повторний розгляд вже існуючої категорії. Прогнозується, що до кінця року буде спостерігатися значний приріст кількості категоризованих готелів в цілому по країні, та конкретно м. Києва. Виявлено місце Одеської області серед інших адміністративно-територіальних одиниць України за кількістю категоризованих готелів за 2018–2021 рр. Надано характеристику основним тенденціям, що відрізняють Одеську область за переліком категоризованих готелів від інших областей України. Виявлено основні зміни, що відбувались у Одеській області у розрізі різних категорій готелів. Наведено готелі, що змінили свою категорію, чи ще не пройшли повторну категоризацію після закінчення дії свідоцтва. Досліджено розподіл категоризованих готелів з номерним фондом більшим за сто номерів. Обґрунтовано залежність місцерозташування готелів та результатів проходження категоризації готелем.; The article analyzes the current state of categorized hotels in Ukraine, their dynamics for 2018-2021 and distribution by regions. The activity of the State Agency for the Tourism Development of Ukraine on the establishment of categories of hotels, with the subsequent identification of the main trends and the frequency of obtaining the declared category by the hotel has been investigated. The main motives for obtaining a category by modern hotels are summarized. The assumption is put forward of the influence of the contingent of the target audience on the need for a hotel to receive a category. It is assumed that the desire to get a high category of a hotel depends on the new requirements for hotels that receive permission to organize and conduct gambling activity. The register of permits issued by the Gambling and Lottery Regulatory Commission was examined and compared with a list of hotels that had recently been categorized and re-examined an existing category. It is predicted that by the end of the year there will be a significant increase in the number of categorized hotels in the whole country, and specifically in Kiev. Revealed the place of the Odessa region among other administrative-territorial units of Ukraine by the number of categorized hotels for 2018-2021. The characteristic is given of the main trends that distinguish the Odessa region from the list of categorized hotels from other regions of Ukraine. The main changes that took place in the Odessa region in the context of various categories of hotels are revealed. Listed are hotels that have changed their category, or have not yet been re-categorized after the expiration of the certificate. The distribution of categorized hotels with more than one hundred rooms has been investigated. The dependence of the location of hotels and the result of the categorization by the hotel has been substantiated.

Название: Статистичне дослідження стану та розвитку зовнішньої торгівлі України Авторы: Милашко, О.Г.; Mylashko, O. Краткий осмотр (реферат): У статті розглянуто напрямки статистичного аналізу процесів у зовнішній торгівлі України. Висвітлено можливості статистичних методів дослідження стану та основних тенденцій, що склалися у відповідній сфері. Узагальнено висновки щодо інтенсивності динаміки показників торгового балансу. Висвітлено процеси випереджального розвитку імпорту над експортом. Проаналізовано динаміку сальдо експортно-імпортних операцій та продемонстровано тенденції щодо його погіршення. Досліджено в часі ступінь покриття імпорту експортом та процеси формування дефіциту торгового балансу. Визначено напрямки розвитку характеристик збалансованості зовнішньоторговельних операцій. Продемонстровано високі рівні експортної та імпортної залежності країни, що призводить до вразливості від зовнішніх шоків і нестабільності в світі. Представлено результати аналізу структури і структурних зрушень у торгівлі України з країнами Вишеградської четвірки. Зроблено наголос на перспективності взаємозв’язків з цією групою країн з точки зору перейняття досвіду їхньої підготовки до вступу в ЄС. Продемонстровано більш інтенсивні зміни у географічній структурі експорту, ніж імпорту та визначено тенденції до збільшення ролі Польщі та зменшення ролі Угорщини в експортно-імпортних операціях Вишеградської четвірки з Україною. Досліджено процеси покращення або погіршення умов торгівлі з точки зору зміни експортних та імпортних цін та з точки зору зміни фізичного обсягу експорту та імпорту на прикладі групи молочних товарів, які широко представлені як серед експортних, так і імпортних товарів України. За допомогою індексного методу проаналізовано абсолютний та відносний вплив зміни цін та фізичного обсягу експорту та імпорту низки товарів молочної групи на вартість експорту та імпорту. Висвітлено зміни умов торгівлі за допомогою побудови кількісного та цінового індексів умов торгівлі. Уточнено, що саме різке скорочення фізичного обсягу експорту сприяло зменшенню валютної виручки від експорту молочних товарів. Обґрунтовано необхідність заходів щодо просування вітчизняних товарів за кордон, перш за все, в європейські країни. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані при реалізації політики у сфері зовнішньої торгівлі на макрорівні.; The directions of statistical analysis of the country’s foreign trade processes are considered in the article. Possibilities of statistical methods for studying the state and the main trends that have developed in this area are highlighted. The conclusions about the intensity of the dynamics of the trade balance indicators are generalized. The processes of the outstripping development of imports over exports are highlighted. The dynamics of the balance of exportimport operations is analyzed and trends of its deterioration are demonstrated. The degree of coverage of imports by exports and the processes of formation of the trade balance deficit are investigated in time. The directions of development of characteristics of the balance of foreign trade operations are studied. High levels of export and import dependence of the country have been demonstrated, which leads to vulnerability to external shocks and instability in the world. The results of the analysis of the structure and structural shifts in the trade of Ukraine with the countries of the Visegrad Four are presented. The emphasis is made on the prospects of interrelations with this group of countries from the point of view of using their experience in preparing for accession to the EU. The article demonstrates more intensive changes in the geographical structure of exports than imports and highlights the tendencies towards an increase in the role of Poland and a decrease in Hungary in the export-import operations of the Visegrad Four with Ukraine. The processes of changing the terms of trade have been investigated in terms of changes in export and import prices and in terms of changes in the physical volume of exports and imports on the example of a group of dairy products, which are widely represented among both export and import goods of Ukraine. The index method was used to analyze the absolute and relative impact of changes in prices and the physical volume of exports and imports of a number of dairy products on the value of exports and imports. Changes in the terms of trade are highlighted by constructing quantitative and price indices of the terms of trade. It was clarified that it was the sharp reduction in the physical volume of exports that contributed to the decrease in foreign exchange earnings from the export of dairy products. The necessity of measures to promote domestic goods abroad, primarily to European countries, has been substantiated. The research results can be used in foreign trade policy at the macro level.
