Краткий осмотр (реферат): The purpose of the article is to study the state and dynamics of the main product groups in trade in agricultural products of Ukraine with the EU under the terms of the Free Trade and Association Agreement. Statistical analysis methods were used, which allowed to analyze the dynamics of exports and imports of agricultural products in terms of the EU's share in Ukraine's foreign trade in agricultural products, major commodity groups of exports and imports, commodity structure of foreign trade between Ukraine and the EU. The method of generalization was applied, which allowed to analyze the current state of use of Ukrainian producers of commodity quotas and factors that will determine the opportunities for Ukrainian exporters in the near future. Such factors include, for example, Brexit, as a result of which Ukraine must reach new trade agreements with the United Kingdom, and the crisis through COVID-19. The results demonstrate the strengthening of the position of domestically produced agricultural products in the European market and the attractiveness of trade with EU countries. The share of the EU in Ukrainian exports of agricultural products from 2011 to 2015 ranges from 26 to 28%, in 2017-2020 there was a significant increase to 33.65%. At the same time, EU countries provide the lion's share of food supplies to Ukraine - in 2006-2013, the EU's share in Ukrainian imports of agricultural products averaged 38-39%, and in 2020 reached a record 50.62%. Meanwhile, while imports of agricultural goods from the EU are characterized by a fairly diversified structure, domestic exports are characterized by dependence on several major commodity positions, which creates a risk of export supplies, especially in an environment of increasing international competition and increasing standards for standardization and certification. agricultural products. The practical significance lies in the generalization of the results of the impact of the Association Agreement, which allowed to form directions for further research aimed at making fuller use of the benefits of the Free Trade Area.; Мета статті полягає в дослідженні стану та динаміки основних товарних груп в торгівлі сільськогосподарсь- кою продукцією України з ЄС за умов дії Угоди про асоціацію. Застосовано статистичні методи аналізу, які дозволили виявити динаміку експорту та імпорту продукції галузі сільського господарства. Результати демонструють зміцнення позицій продукції АПК вітчизняного виробництва на європейському ринку, однак імпорт товарів з ЄС характеризується досить диверсифікованою структурою, а вітчизняний експорт характеризується залежністю від декількох основних товарних позицій. Практична значимість полягає у наданні узагальнених результатів впливу Угоди про асоціацію, що дозволило сформувати напрямки подальших досліджень, спрямованих на більш повне використання переваг Зони вільної торгівлі.

Краткий осмотр (реферат): У статті проведено аналіз сучасного рівня інноваційного розвитку в Україні та виявлено найбільш перспективні напрямки застосування інновацій. Вивчено досвід іноземних компаній та наведено рекомендації щодо підвищення економічної ефективності інноваційної діяльності для українських підприємств. В процесі роботи було виявлено тенденцію до зростання інноваційного рівня України за останні роки, у тому числі завдяки стрімкому збільшенню частки IT-підприємств та орієнтації на міжнародний ринок продукції вітчизняних металургійних, авіабудівних та інших компаній. Також було визначено основні проблеми інноваційного розвитку України такі як нечіткість законодавства та специфіка певних сфер виробництва. У висновках авторами було запропоновано можливі шляхи вирішення цих проблем.; Introduction. The innovation process in today's world is an integral and very important part of every business. Companies are constantly adapting production processes and creating new products. The study of the current innovative state of Ukrainian enterprises will contribute to the development of the most promising areas, which will have a positive impact on the economy of Ukraine. Purpose. Purpose of the article is to analyze the current level of innovation development in Ukraine and to identify the most innovative promising areas. Results. The tendency to increase the innovation development level of Ukraine in recent years was revealed. It happened due to the rapid increasing in the share of IT enterprises and the changes in focuses of domestic metallurgical, aircraft and other companies more on the international market. The main problems of innovative development of Ukraine were also identified and ways to solve them were proposed. Conclusions. The obtained results will be further used for giving recommendations to the government according to the country's innovative development plan, as well as to determine areas of investment activity for leaders of large enterprises.

Краткий осмотр (реферат): Метою дослідження є у визначення ролі діагностики резервів підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємств, обґрунтуванні її структури шляхом визначення операцій та послідовності їх виконання. Методика базується на використанні аналітичного методу, який спрямований на визначення внутрішніх тенденцій і дозволяє виокремити переваги застосування діагностики для визначення резервів підвищення конкурентоспроможності на підприємствах. Результати. Обґрунтовано, що відмінною рисою діагностики є завдання – оцінити ситуацію на конкретний момент часу, виявити відхилення та визначити причини, що викликали ці відхилення, тобто виявити причинно-наслідкові зв’язки. Побудована логічна схема діагностики резервів підвищення конкурентоспроможності на підприємствах. Запропоновано визначення ступенів проведення діагностики для оптових підприємств харчової промисловості. Практична значимість. Теоретичні розробки можуть бути використані для виявлення, аналізу та оцінювання резервів на оптових підприємствах харчової промисловості, що дозволить побудувати вдосконалені стратегії розвитку та окреслити подальші перспективи для підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності.; Purpose. The scientific article is devoted to the study of diagnostics of reserves of competitiveness increase in enterprises as an analytical tool for identifying the state of reserves, their availability and evaluation in order to develop a strategy based on the totality of existing reserves and resources. Due to the implementation of diagnostic research, the process of recognizing and determining the general trends in attracting reserves at the enterprise takes place and identification of parameters and indicators of reserves that have an impact on improving competitiveness. Diagnosis is a necessary step in the study of the problem and allows you to identify and adjust all further management actions to increase the competitiveness of enterprises. The purpose of the study is to determine the role of diagnostics of reserves to increase the competitiveness of enterprises, substantiate its structure by determining the operations and sequence of their implementation. Method. Theoretical research is based on an analytical research method, which aims to determine the internal trends and capabilities of the subject and allows to identify the benefits of using diagnostics to determine reserves in enterprises. Results. It is substantiated that the distinguishing feature of diagnostics is the task - to assess the situation at a particular time, to identify deviations and determine the causes of these deviations, i.e. to identify causal relationships. The logical scheme of diagnostics of reserves of increase of competitiveness at the enterprises is constructed. It is proposed to determine the stages of diagnostics for wholesale enterprises of the food industry using the developed algorithm. Scientific novelty. The principles on which the structure of economic diagnostics is based and which reflect the specifics of the direction of the dynamics of indicators and the requirements for the structure of the results of the wholesale enterprises of the food industry are determined. Practical importance. Theoretical developments can be used to identify, analyze and evaluate reserves in wholesale food companies, which will build improved development strategies and outline further prospects for increasing competitiveness.
