Доведено, що торгівельна діяльність в Україні недостатньо розвинена за європейськими стандартами та має високий рівень тінізації. Обгрунтовано, що в сучасних умовах господарювання, для здійснення успішного торговельного підприємництва дієвим та ефективним інструментом є формування адаптивної системи управління якістю в контексті вимог міжнародного стандарту ISO 9001:2015.; It is emphasized that trade is a key factor influencing the socio-economic development of the country. The main task of trade is to ensure competitive advantage in the struggle for the consumer. Emphasis is placed on the main factors influencing the development of trade entrepreneurship in Ukraine: the crisis in the global and domestic economies, political instability, high levels of competition and more. It is proved that trade activity in Ukraine is insufficiently developed according to European standards and has a high level of shadowing. It is substantiated that in modern business conditions, for the implementation of successful trade business an effective and efficient tool is the formation of an adaptive quality management system in the context of the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015.

It is substantiated that the legislation on consumer protection fully applies to the relationship "Internet seller-consumer" and customers need to ensure the safety and proper quality of goods, business and services that are sold, and so on. It was found that most of the problems in the field of e-commerce arise due to the impossibility of establishing the identity of the seller and his place of business; Telephones may not respond to the call according to the specified number, and the legislation does not provide for the right to call the court, for example, for example. In this case, the consumer is in fact left without rights. It is emphasized that in Ukraine the purchase of goods online is associated with many risks due to imperfect legislation.

Краткий осмотр (реферат): Доведено, що більшість закладів освіти ставлять перед собою амбітні цілі, виходячи з викликів ринку праці і практики провідних ЗВО світу, які посідають провідні місця у основних світових рейтингах. Обгрунтовано, що забезпечення якості освітніх програм потребує нових підходів, оскільки їх тематичне наповнення за багатьма спеціальностями в цілому є досить уніфікованим. Окреслено проблему сьогодення щодо низької якості матеріально-технічної бази. Акцентовано увагу на тому, шо систематичне недофінансування освіти за останні десятиріччя призвело до суттєвого погіршення стану лабораторної бази, що ускладнює якісну підготовку фахівців за цілою низкою спеціальностей, зокрема, готельно-ресторанного бізнесу. Наголошено на тому, що темпи отримання звань доцента і професора знизилися після більш жорсткого нормативно-правового регулювання на загальнодержавному рівні. Водночас залишається достатньо низьким науковий рівень захищених в Україні кандидатських і докторських дисертацій.; It has been proven that most educational institutions have ambitious goals, based on the challenges of the labor market and the practice of the world's leading free economic zones, which occupy leading positions in the main world rankings. It is substantiated that ensuring the quality of educational programs requires new approaches, as their thematic content in many specialties in general is quite uniform. The current problem of low quality of material and technical base is outlined. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the systematic underfunding of education in recent decades has led to a significant deterioration of the laboratory base, which complicates the quality of training in a number of specialties, including hotel and restaurant business. It is emphasized that the pace of obtaining the titles of associate professor and professor has decreased after tighter regulations at the national level. At the same time, the scientific level of PhD and doctoral dissertations defended in Ukraine remains rather low.

Краткий осмотр (реферат): The purpose of this paper is to build a model for the optimization of the management system of business processes of enterprises, taking into account the time factor. Additional limitations in the model allow the influence of the quarantine restrictions on enterprises’ economic activity in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic to be identified. The methods used in this paper are: analysis; synthesis; systematization; theoretical generalization; the method of Charnes and Cooper; the synergistic approach; and modelling. The negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economic activity of enterprises in Ukraine, in particular in the engineering services sector, is discussed. The economicmathematical model of the rational formation of the management system of the business processes of enterprises in the engineering services sector, taking into account the time factor, is developed. This allows business processes to be optimized and economic activity to be improved in terms of the global pandemic. The results of using the optimization model for the management system of the business processes of project design, electrical maintenance, manufacture of electrical equipment, starting-up and adjustment works, and consulting are presented. The economic-mathematical model is an effective tool for the improvement of quality management systems and the activity of enterprises as a whole. The scientific novelty of this research may be considered from the prospects of two aspects of the optimization of business process systems: 1) the value of the financial resources in time; and 2) the impact of quarantine measures related to restrictions on carrying out economic activities in time. The application of the economic-mathematical model of the optimal organization of business process systems to enterprises in the engineering services sector will allow toplevel managers to receive important information for managerial decision-making, which is aimed at improving the quality of the management system, achieving the key business objectives, and maximizing profit.
