Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні і практичні аспекти відносно шляхів підвищення інвестиційної привабливості регіону. Узагальнено основні методи оцінки інвестиційної привабливості Одеського регіону. На основі аналізу зроблено висновок про інвестиційний стан регіону та визначено місце регіону за різними показниками на макрорівні. Пропонуються основні напрями поліпшення інвестиційного становища, зокрема пропонується розподіл інвестицій на території регіону. Проведений аналіз інвестиційної привабливості районів в області, аналіз інвестиційної привабливості регіону на рівні країни. Розроблені рекомендації та заходи для поліпшення інвестиційного становища регіону.Diploma considers theoretical and practical aspects with regard to increase investment attractiveness of the region. The main methods of assessing the investment attractiveness of the Odessa region have summarized. On the basis of the analysis, a conclusion has been made about the investment state of the region and the location of the region has been determined by different indicators at the macro level. Basic directions of improvement of investment position are offered, in particular distribution of investments is offered on territory of region. The analysis of investment attractiveness of districts in the region, analysis of investment attractiveness of the region at the country level are carried out. Recommendations and measures have been developed to improve the investment situation in the region.
