Організаційно-методичні аспекти обліку і контролю розрахунків з оплати праці (на прикладі ПП «Прайд-Агро»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти обліку і контролю розрахунків з оплати праці: економічна сутність оплати праці; аналіз діючих форм і систем оплати праці; нормативно-правове забезпечення обліку оплати праці; організаційно-методичні аспекти обліку та контролю розрахунків з оплати праці; проблемні питання організації обліку та контролю оплати праці. Проаналізовано основні економічні показники розвитку сільськогосподарського підприємства ПП «Прайд-Агро», динаміку фінансових результатів та фінансовий стан підприємства, процес ведення обліку та контролю розрахунків з оплати праці, динаміку оплати праці на досліджуваному підприємстві. Запропоновано основні напрями удосконалення системи обліку та контролю розрахунків з оплати праці, враховуючи особливості сільськогосподарської діяльності ПП «Прайд-Агро».

The work deals with the theoretical aspects of accounting and control of calculations on remuneration: the economic essence of remuneration; analysis of existing forms and systems of remuneration; legal support of accounting of remuneration; organizational and methodological aspects of accounting and control of calculations on remuneration; problematic issues of accounting and control of remuneration. Analyzed the main economic indicators of the agricultural enterprise PE "Prayd-Agro", the dynamics of financial results and the financial condition of the enterprise, the process of accounting and control of calculations on wages, the dynamics of wages in the study enterprise. Proposed the main directions of improvement of the accounting and control system of payment calculations, taking into account the peculiarities of agricultural activity of PE "Prayd-Agro".
