Сучасні тенденції фінансового інжинірингу в банківській системі

Abstract

У статті зроблена постановки проблеми адаптації українських банків до сучасних вимог світової банківської системи. Системні ризики, асиметрія інформації, відсутність довгострокових кредитних ресурсів та стимулів для інвестиційної діяльності на тлі економічної кризи потребують від банків застосування новітніх технологій та активного впровадження процесів фінансового інжинірингу. Досліджено основні світові тенденції провадження цифрових технологій та сформульовані загрози, які можуть статися у банківській сфері. Сформульовані проблеми і загрози, які супроводжують впровадження банківського інжинірингу. Наголошено на необхідності впровадження технологій не тільки таких, які роблять банківські процеси і банківські продукти більш економічними та зручними, але й таких, які підвищують ступінь захисту клієнтів.

The article is devoted to the development and implementation of innovative banking products and technologies using financial engineering technologies. Based on the analysis of foreign experience in the sphere of digital technologies, the main trends in the development of the banking business are identified, the most promising banking products are highlighted. Banking technologies based on digitalization of US banks are most actively introducing, and the investments that were made several years ago already provide competitive advantages. Such trends make it possible to formulate problems of adaptation of Ukrainian banks to the modern requirements of the global banking system. One of these problems is the low efficiency of the functioning of the Ukrainian securities market. Systemic risks, asymmetry of information, lack of long-term credit resources and incentives for investment activity against the backdrop of the economic crisis require banks to use the latest technologies and actively implement financial engineering processes. Analyzed the main global trends in the development and implementation of digital technologies, formulated the threats that arise in the banking sector and which can lead to a significant decline in employment in the banking sector and social tension in society. Structured problems and threats that accompany the implementation of banking engineering. It was noted the need to introduce technologies not only those that make banking processes and banking products more economical and convenient, but also those that increase the degree of customer protection. In particular, when obtaining a loan, transferring funds, or other payment transactions as a means against fraud, it is possible to use photobiometric verification. Thus, the introduction of banking engineering processes becomes an unquestionable condition for a successful and competitive state of any bank. This strategy is fully consistent with the modern requirements of the development of the banking system and contributes to its integration into the global banking system. The use of blockchain technology simplifies the control of cash flow and contributes to the protection of consumers of banking services.
