Індивідуальні освітні траєкторії у процесі професійної підготовки фахівця

Abstract

У статті розкрито сутність понять «індивідуальна освітня траєкторія», «індивідуальний навчальний план». Висвітлено теоретичні положення процесу побудови індивідуальних освітніх траєкторій, зокрема елементи освітньої парадигми, темп навчання. Досліджено основні складові освітньої програми. Запропоновано карту розподілу балів за результатами поточної роботи студентів. Обґрунтовано доцільність проведення індивідуально-групових консультацій. Досліджено зарубіжний досвід організації освітнього процесу. Виділено основні проблеми реалізації індивідуальних освітніх траєкторій та вказано шляхи їх подолання.

In the article it is revealed essences of the concepts "individual educational trajectory", "individual training plan". It is clarified theoretical principles of the individual educational trajectories' construction process, in particular educational trajectories' elements, rate of education. It is studied main elements of an educational programme. It is offered a points' distribution card as a result of student's routine work. It is justified an expediency of individual and group consultations realisation. It is analysed an international experience of the educational process organisation. It is stated main problems in the realisation of individual educational trajectories and pointed ways for overcoming these obstacles.
