Регуляторні технології (RegTech) та діджиталізація глобальної економіки

Abstract

Тези присвячено процесам розвитку регуляторних технологій у контексті цифровізації глобальної економіки. Вказано основні засоби регулятивних технологій, наведено класифікація інструментів RegTech відповідно до сфер і рівнів їх реалізації.

Conference proceedings are devoted to the processes of development of regulatory technologies in the context of digitalization of the global economy. The main methods of regulatory technologies are indicated, the classification of RegTech instruments is given according to the areas and levels of their implementation.
