Методичні аспекти вдосконалення бізнес-процесів підприємств

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано та узагальнено теоретичні та практичні підходи з вдосконалення бізнес-процесів, що можуть бути використані у реалізації тактичних та стратегічних управлінських дій сучасних підприємств. Розглянуто характеристику основних методичних підходів, що використовуються при вдосконаленні бізнес-процесів, зокрема: «швидкого аналізу», «структуризації функції якості», реінжінірінгу, бенчмаркінгу та інші. Представлено розробку аналітичного інструментарію, що орієнтована на конкретні завдання реінжинірінгу бізнес-процесу; відображено етапи реінжинірінгу та їх зміст. Запропоновано отримані результати використовувати для діагностики відповідності бізнес-процесів підприємства та ланцюжків створення цінності, місії, стратегії та вимогам зацікавлених сторін, вибору оптимального підходу до реінжинірингу та реалізації проекту реінжинірингу, заснованого на стратегічному аналізі.

The article analyzes and generalizes theoretical and practical approaches to improving business processes that can be used in the implementation of tactical and strategic management actions of modern enterprises. According to statistics, the vast majority of Ukrainian companies in the business sector are small and medium-sized enterprises, similar to most countries around the world. In 2017, enterprises employing fewer than 250 people accounted for over 99% of all enterprises in the enterprise economy, accounting for 61% of total employment in the enterprise, 54% of total sales and 47% of value added created in the enterprise. The pressing issue remains the reduction of entrepreneurial risk at all stages of the life cycle of small and medium-sized enterprises while maintaining the level of competitiveness of their products (works, services), which, of course, requires continuous improvement of business processes. Characteristics of the main methodological approaches used in the improvement of business processes are considered, in particular: "quick analysis", "structuring of quality function", reengineering, benchmarking and others. The process of analyzing and solving problems in a company consisting of six stages is considered. The development of analytical tools is focused on specific tasks prior to the initiation of the business process reengineering project stage and allows to create a general scheme that is a simple and consistent visual reference for study and subsequent use. The development of analytical tools focused on specific tasks of business process reengineering is presented; the stages of reengineering and their content are shown. It is proposed to use the obtained results to diagnose the compliance of the enterprise business processes and value chains, mission, strategy and stakeholder requirements, to choose the optimal approach to reengineering and to implement a reengineering project based on strategic analysis. A strategic approach to business process reengineering will allow you to redesign and change the business processes of the enterprise in such a way that they will contribute to the achievement of the long-term goals of the enterprise and the realization of key competitive advantages.
