Шляхи підвищення ефективності використання основних виробничих фондів підприємства на прикладі ТОВ «Цемент»

Abstract

У роботі досліджено сутність основних виробничих фондів та їх роль у діяльності підприємства. Проаналізовано основні класифікації основних засобів на підприємстві та надана їх характеристика. Визначені особливості відтворення основних засобів. Надана загальна характеристика підприємства ТОВ «Цемент» та виконано аналіз ефективності використання основних фондів ТОВ «Цемент». Запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності використання основних фондів підприємства. А саме: підвищення ефективності використання основних фондів за рахунок продажу частки невиробничих приміщень, а також Підвищення ефективності використання основних фондів за рахунок збільшення продуктивності млинів.

The qualifying work consists of three sections. The object of research is LLC Cement. The subject of research is theoretical and applied aspects of the effective use of fixed assets of the enterprise. For the analysis of the subject and object of the research the enterprise of LLC "Cement" was chosen. In this work the essence of the main production assets and their role in the activity of the enterprise are investigated. The basic classification of fixed assets at the enterprise is analyzed and their characteristic is given. Features of reproduction of fixed assets are determined. The general characteristic of the enterprise "Cement" LLC is provided and the analysis of the efficiency of the use of fixed assets of LLC "Cement" is performed. The ways of increasing the efficiency of using fixed assets of the enterprise are offered. Namely: increasing the efficiency of the use of fixed assets by selling the share of non-production facilities, as well as increasing the efficiency of the use of fixed assets by increasing the productivity of mills.
