Конкурентоспроможність підприємства та шляхи її підвищення

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти поняття «конкурентоспроможність» та «конкурентоспроможність підприємства», проведене дослідження факторів, що впливають на конкурентоспроможність підприємства та розглянуті основні методи конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Проаналізовано основні показники діяльності підприємства: розраховані основні техніко-економічні показники діяльності та акцентована увага на дослідженні показників, що впливають на конкуренто Запропоновано три заходи щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства: удосконалення маркетингової стратегії, впровадження нового обладнання та впровадження SCADA-системи, що дозволить зменшити втрати від браку.

The work deals with the theoretical aspects of "competitiveness" and "competitiveness of the enterprise" are considered in the article, the research of factors influencing the competitiveness of the enterprise is considered and the main methods of enterprise competitiveness are considered. Author analyzed the main operational indicators; calculated indicators of the enterprise, which were focused on indicators of ways to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. Three ways to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise were proposed: improvement of the marketing strategy, introduction of new equipment and implementation of the SCADA system, which would reduce losses from marriage.
