| Abstract: | У статті розглянуто нестандартні форми зайнятості та необхідність включення фрілансерів до трудових ресурсів. Проведено інтернет-анкетування серед респондентів м. Одеса. Розкрито позитивні та негативні сторони віддаленої праці порівняно із стандартною зайнятістю. Розглянуто основні аспекти віддаленої праці такі, як адаптація, залученість, оформлення трудових відносин, перевірка знань кандидата. The article considers non-standard forms of employment and the need to include freelancers to the workforce. An online survey was conducted among the respondents in Odessa. Revealed the positive and negative aspects of remote work compared to standard employment. The main aspects of remote work are considered, such as adaptation, involvement, formalization of labor relations, examination of a candidate’s knowledge. |
