Тенденції розвитку ринку туристичного страхування в Україні

Abstract

У статті розглянуто дослідження особливостей туристичного страхування в Україні. Наведені приклади загальних тенденцій на страховому ринку в розрізі туристичного страхування в Україні. Охарактеризовані перспективи розвитку туристичного страхування в Україні. Представлена інформація про туристичного страхування та міжнародний досвід завдання безпеки туристів з України в зарубіжних країнах, кількість і динаміка змін страхових премій та страхових виплат на ринку страхування туристичних послуг в Україні. Проведено аналіз туристичного страхування в Україні який дозволив виділити основні проблеми, які мають різноманітний характер. Охарактеризований страховик, який пропонує послуги туристам в Україні. Виявлено, що в звітності страховиків не виділяється окремо туристичне страхування, тому важливо проаналізувати стан і тенденції розвитку в цьому напрямку.

The article deals with the study of the features of travel insurance in Ukraine. Examples of general trends in the insurance market in the context of travel insurance in Ukraine are given. The prospects for the development of travel insurance in Ukraine are described. information on travel insurance and international experience of the safety of tourists from Ukraine in foreign countries, the number and dynamics of changes in insurance premiums and insurance payments in the market of travel insurance services in Ukraine are presented. An analysis of travel insurance in Ukraine has been carried out that allowed to highlight the main problems of a diverse nature. An insurer that offers services to tourists in Ukraine is described. It is revealed that insurers' accounts do not separate travel insurance, therefore it is important to analyze the state and trends of development in this direction. Insurance in the tourism industry helps to stabilize the activity of tourism enterprises and tour operator companies, as well as safety of tourist trips both in Ukraine and abroad. The growth of the tourist flow in the world and the dynamic development of tourism business are particularly relevant to the safety of tourists during travel. In recent years, there has been a noticeable increase in the number of insurance cases, especially heavy and expensive, including deaths and the need for repatriation of the body to a permanent residence. The insurance situation in a number of traditionally tourist countries has also deteriorated. Also, in recent times more and more Ukrainian tourists are traveling abroad for rest, but most of them are not familiar enough with the insurance system. The peculiarity of the tourism business is manifested in the presence of various risk factors, which have a direct impact, on the one hand, on tourists, and on the other - on the activities of tourist enterprises. In view of this, one of the most important conditions for the formation of an effective security system in tourism is insurance. It is precisely in the insurance process that the quality of services is determined, and the image of the tourism industry as a whole is created. Today, the current market for travel insurance in Ukraine needs new approaches to understanding the main categories of its functioning, as experience shows that financial reliability is not least in the structure of insurance services. Every day more Ukrainians go abroad for work or travel. Insurance companies provide personal insurance coverage for tourists when traveling abroad. Complex insurance programs include compulsory travel insurance types, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism", as well as other types of insurance, on the choice of tourists with the aim of avoiding additional expenses and financial losses in unforeseen situations during tourist trips. Therefore, this type of insurance, which is actively developing at the moment and will be very popular in the future.
