Шляхи покращення соціально-психологічного клімату на ПАТ «Одескабель»

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти формування соціально-психологічного клімату і його вплив на діяльність організації. Проаналізовано особливості формування соціально-психологічного клімату на ПАТ «Одескабель» та аспекти психологічної взаємодії між співробітниками організації. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо поліпшення сформованого соціально-психологічного клімату в колективі підприємства і розрахований економічний ефект заходів.

The work deals with the theoretical aspects of the formation of the socio-psychological climate and its influence on the activity of the organization are considered. Author analysis the peculiarities of the formation of the socio-psychological climate at PJSC «Odeskabel» and aspects of psychological interaction between the employees of the organization. Author offers recommendations for improvement of the formed socio-psychological climate in the company's collective and calculated the economic effect of measures.
