Управління адаптацією працівників в організації на прикладі ПрАТ «ВО «Стальканат-Сілур»

Abstract

Випускна робота складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес вдосконалення системи адаптації працівників на ПрАТ «ВО «Стальканат-Сілур» У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти економічної сутності системи адаптації персоналу; розглянуто основні етапи та методи адаптації працівників та проведено зарубіжний досвід процесу адаптації персоналу організації. Проаналізовано ефективність діючої системи адаптації працівників на ПрАТ «ВО «Стальканат-Сілур»; виявлено недоліки не ефективної системи адаптації За результатами дослідження сформульовані заходи щодо підвищення ефективності діючої системи адаптації з врахуванням закордонного досвіду, наведено обґрунтовані пропозиції.

The object of the research is the process of improving the system of adaptation of employees to PJSC "VO" Stalkanat-Silur " The theoretical aspects of the economic essence of the personnel adaptation system are considered in the paper; The main stages and methods of adaptation of employees are considered and foreign experience of the process of adaptation of the personnel of the organization is carried out. The efficiency of the existing system of adaptation of employees to PJSC "VO" Stalkanat-Silur "is analyzed; the defects of an ineffective system of adaptation are revealed It is proposed to develop a program of adaptation of personnel at PJSC "VO" Stalkanat-Silur "and to predict the socioeconomic efficiency of the developed program. The results of the study formulated measures to increase the efficiency of the current system of adaptation, taking into account foreign experience, and provide substantiated proposals.
