Професійний розвиток на підприємстві та шляхи його покращення (на прикладі ТОВ «Асі Україна»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти формування та управління професійного розвитку на підприємстві, сутність та характеристика навчання на підприємстві, форми професійного розвитку персоналу та обґрунтування їх вибору в організації та роль керівника в управлінні навчанням на підприємстві. Проаналізовано основні показники економічної діяльності та види і форми професійного навчання на ТОВ «Асі Україна». Запропоновано нові, більш дієві методи навчання на підприємстві та оцінено їх економічну ефективність.

The work deals with the theoretical aspects of formation and control of professional development in company, the nature and characteristics of training at the enterprise, forms of professional development of personnel and justification of their choice in the organization, and the role of a manager in the management of training at the enterprise. An analysis of the main indicators of economic activity and the type of professional training conducted on the «Alex Stewart International Ukraine». It is new, more deviating methods on the basis of the fact that it is estimated their economic efficiency.
