| Abstract: | У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи мотивації персоналу. Проаналізовано стан мотивації персоналу ТОВ «Еко-Відродження» та визначено шляхи підвищення ефективності системи мотивації праці підприємства. Запропоновано розробити проект положення про мотиваційну політику підприємства. The paper considers the theoretical foundations of personnel motivation. The effectiveness of personnel motivation of "Eco-Vidrodzhennia" Ltd was analyzed and ways of increasing the efficiency of the system of enterprise motivation system were determined. It is proposed to develop a draft regulation on enterprise motivation policy. |
