Конкурентоспроможність персоналу організації та шляхи її підвищення (на прикладі ПАТ «Одескабель»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади конкурентоспроможності персоналу, досліджено поняття конкурентоспроможності персоналу, фактори формування конкурентоспроможності персоналу, методи оцінки конкурентоспроможності персоналу підприємства. Здійснено аналіз кількісних та якісних характеристик персоналу підприємства, проведено оцінку конкурентоспроможності персоналу на ПАТ «Одескабель» Запропоновано основні напрями підвищення конкурентоспроможності персоналу ПАТ «Одескабель», а саме: удосконалення системи оцінки технічного і виробничого персоналу; підвищення кваліфікації управлінського, технічного персоналу, працівників відділу експортних продажів.In the paper the theoretical principles of personnel competitiveness are considered, the concept of the competitiveness of personnel, factors of formation of the competitiveness of personnel, methods of assessing the competitiveness of the personnel of the enterprise are investigated The analysis of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the personnel of the enterprise was carried out, an assessment of the competitiveness of the personnel at PJSC "Odeskabel" The main directions of increasing the competitiveness of PJSC "Odeskabel" personnel are proposed, namely: improvement of the system of evaluation of technical and production personnel; advanced training of management, technical staff, employees of the department of export sales.
