Мотивація оплати праці персоналу туристичної фірми

Abstract

У роботі досліджено науковий і теоретичний базис мотивації праці персоналу туристичної фірми та проаналізовано прикладні аспекти втілення його в діяльність підприємства, розроблено методичні та практичні рекомендацій щодо мотивації праці персоналу туристичної фірми. Проаналізована ефективність мотивації праці персоналу туристичного підприємства. Здійснена оцінка задоволеності працівників мотиваційною політикою туристичної фірми. Обґрунтовано удосконалення мотивації праці персоналу та здійснена оптимізація матеріального та нематеріального стимулювання праці персоналу.

In this work the scientific and theoretical basis of the motivation of the personnel of the tourist firm is researched and the applied aspects of its implementation in the activity of the enterprise are analyzed, methodical and practical recommendations on the motivation of work of the tourist company staff are developed. The efficiency of motivation of the personnel of the tourist enterprise is analyzed. The estimation of satisfaction of employees with the motivational policy of the travel company is carried out. The improvement of personnel motivation is substantiated and the optimization of material and non-material stimulation of work of the personnel is carried out.
