Шляхи запобігання банкрутства ресторанного підприємства

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел та додатків. Об’єкт дослідження – процес банкрутства в ресторані «Лондонська». Предметом дослідження є процедура банкрутства. Метою роботи даного дослідження є аналіз особливостей стратегії та тактики виживання в період банкрутства на прикладі ресторану «Лондонська». У роботі проаналізовано тeорeтичні аспeкти управління фінансовими ризиками, опрацьовано класичні та сучасні підходи до оцінки стану банкрутства підприємства, види банкрутства, а також його причини. Було здійснено аналіз управління ризиками фінансової діяльності рестораном «Лондонська». Базуючись на результатах оцінки ефективності управління ризиками фінансової діяльності та високою ймовірністю банкрутства, виникла нагальна потреба в невідкладних реактивних заходах.

The qualifying work consists an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, list of sources used and applications. The object of research - the process of bankruptcy in the restaurant "London". The subject of the investigation is the bankruptcy procedure. The purpose of this study is to analyze the peculiarities of the strategy and tactics of survival during the bankruptcy as an example of the restaurant "London". The thesis analyzes financial risks management, elaborates the classical and modern approaches to assessing the state of bankruptcy of an enterprise, types of bankruptcy, as well as its causes. An analysis of risk management of financial activities was carried out by the restaurant "London". Based on the results of an assessment of the effectiveness of financial risk management and a high probability of bankruptcy, there was an urgent need for urgent reactive measures.
