Abstract

В роботі розглянуті особливості методів мотивації оплати праці в ресторані, наукові підходи поліпшення методів мотивації оплати праці персоналу, система мотивації персоналу ресторану. Проаналізовано економічну діяльність кафе « Merry Berry », досліджено ефективність діючої системи управління та стану оплати праці персоналу на підприємстві. Розкриті шляхи удосконалення методів мотивації оплати праці персоналу та запропоновано заходи мотивації оплати праці даного підприємстваThe paper considers the peculiarities of methods of motivation for remuneration in the restaurant, scientific approaches to improving methods of motivation of staff remuneration, the system of motivation of restaurant staff. The economic activity of the "Merry Berry" Cafe is analyzed, the efficiency of the current management system and the status of the remuneration of personnel at the enterprise are investigated. The ways of improvement of methods of motivation of payment of personnel are revealed, and measures of motivation of the payment of the given enterprise are offered.
