Стан та перспективи транскордонного співробітництва Молдови і України (на прикладі єврорегіону «Нижній Дунай»)

Abstract

Випускна робота складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – стан та перспективи транскордонного співробітництва Молдови і України. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи транскордонного співробітництва: визначено поняття транскордонне співробітництво і єврорегіон, досліджено і узагальнено фактори, що протидіють реалізації транскордонного співробітництва в межах єврорегіону, визначено методику дослідження транскордонного співробітництва. Охарактеризовано єврорегіон «Нижній Дунай» як суб’єкт європейських інтеграційних процесів, проведено аналіз факторів, що детермінують сучасний стан єврорегіону «Нижній Дунай», проаналізовано ефективність економічного співробітництва в рамках єврорегіону «Нижній Дунай». Запропоновано основні напрямки удосконалення міжрегіонального співробітництва між Одеським регіоном, Республікою Молдова та Румунією за рахунок дослідження проектів щодо їх реалізації.

The final work consists of three sections. The object of the study is the state and prospects of cross-border cooperation between Moldova and Ukraine. The article deals with the theoretical foundations of cross-border cooperation: the concept of cross-border cooperation and Euroregion is defined, the factors that counteract the implementation of cross-border cooperation within the Euroregion are investigated and generalized, and the method of study of cross-border cooperation is determined. The Euroregion "Lower Danube" has been characterized as a subject of European integration processes, an analysis of factors that determine the current state of the Lower Danube Euroregion, analyzes the effectiveness of economic cooperation within the Euroregion "Lower Danube". The main directions of improvement of interregional cooperation between the Odessa region, the Republic of Moldova and Romania are offered through research of projects on their implementation
