Державний борг України та його вплив на боргову безпеку

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади економічної категорії «державний борг», а також досліджується історія формування боргу в Україні. Проаналізовано важливість впровадження ефективної системи управління боргом та скорочення рівня боргового навантаження на економіку, висвітлені необхідні шляхи спрямування запозичених ресурсів задля досягнення позитивного економічного ефекту. Визначені проблемні питання управління державним боргом в України та запропоновано заходи щодо вдосконалення системи його управління з урахуванням світового досвіду та інтеграційних процесів в Україні.

The diploma work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, applications, and list of references. In this work investigated theoretical bases of formation of government debt and it classification, the economic consequences of the functioning of the debt, given the indicators measuring the state of the debt security. Also in this diploma work was analyzed the importance of implementing an effective debt management system and reducing the level of debt ,and also how to spend borrowed resources to achieve a positive economic effect. The problem issues of debt management in Ukraine are identified and also was proposed the ways to improve it by taking the world experience of others countries as an example.
