Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти класифікації питних мінеральних вод, законодавчого та нормативного забезпечення сфери виробництва та споживання питних мінеральних вод. Проаналізовано чинники формування споживчого попиту на мінеральні питні води; чинники формування торговельного асортименту мінеральних вод. Запропоновано товарознавчі підходи до оцінки якості питних мінеральних вод; застосування методу АВС-аналізу для оптимізації торговельного асортименту питних мінеральних водThe work deals with the theoretical aspects of the classification of drinking mineral waters, legislative and normative maintenance of the sphere of production and consumption of drinkable mineral waters.
