Управління конкурентоспроможністю банків на кредитному ринку

Abstract

У роботі обґрунтовано, що банківський менеджмент має оперативно реагувати на негативний вплив факторів зовнішнього середовища, формувати та реалізовувати стратегії підвищення своїх конкурентних переваг, які здатні позитивно виокремити їх у конкурентному середовищі. Доведено, що ефективне управління конкурентною позицією банку може забезпечити стійкий фінансовий стан банку та слугувати основою формування його конкурентної стратегії. Проведено оцінку конкурентних позицій банків України у конкурентному середовищі та визначено можливість зробити прогноз щодо їх змін у майбутньому.

The paper argues that banking management should respond promptly to the negative impact of environmental factors, formulate and implement strategies to enhance their competitive advantage, which can positively distinguish them in a competitive environment. It is proved that effective management of a bank's competitive position can ensure a stable financial position of the bank and serve as a basis for shaping its competitive strategy. The competitive positions of Ukrainian banks in the competitive environment have been evaluated and the possibility of forecasting their changes in the future has been determined.
