Ресурсна база фінансової установи: принципи формування та управління

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні та практичні засади формування та управління ресурсною базою фінансової установи. Проведено аналіз основних показників діяльності банку та визначена позиція банку на ринку фінансових послуг. Досліджені особливості управління залученими ресурсами банку та проведено оцінку ефективності використання ресурсної бази комерційного банку ПАТ «Місто Банк». В третьому розділі розглядаються шляхи вдосконалення управління ресурсною базою банку та перспективи розвитку ПАТ «Місто Банк».

This paper deals with theoretical and practical principles of formation and management of a financial institution's resource base. The analysis of the main indicators of the bank's activity and the position of the bank in the financial services market were determined. The peculiarities of managing the attracted resources of the bank are investigated and the efficiency of using the resource base of the commercial bank of PJSC «Misto Bank» is made. The third section discusses ways to improve the management of the bank's resource base and prospects for the development of PJSC «Misto Bank».
