Розробка стратегії економічного розвитку Роздільнянської ОТГ

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти розробки стратегії розвитку громад: поняття стратегії розвитку територій та громад, нормативно-правові засади стратегічного планування в Україні на місцевому рівні, методичні підходи до формування стратегії розвитку ОТГ, основні елементи механізму її реалізації. Проаналізовано економічний стан розвитку Роздільнянської ОТГ, виявлено основні тенденції розвитку, визначені сильні та слабкі сторони громади, можливості та загрози зовнішнього середовища. Запропоновано стратегію розвитку Роздільнянської ОТГ, визначені стратегічні цілі соціально-економічного її розвитку, пріоритети, операційні завдання та плани, надані рекомендації щодо механізму реалізації стратегії.

The theoretical aspects of development of the ATC development strategy are considered in the paper: the concept of the ATC development strategy, the legal and regulatory framework of strategic planning in Ukraine at the local level, methodical approaches to the development of the city's development strategy, the main elements of the mechanism for its implementation. The economic development of the Rosdilna ATC is analyzed, the main tendencies of development are identified, the strengths and weaknesses of the ATC, the possibilities and threats of the environment are determined. The strategy of development of the Rosdilna ATC is proposed, the strategic goals of the ATC social and economic development, priorities, operational objectives and plans are given, recommendations on the mechanism of strategy implementation are given.
