Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти: сутність державного бюджету України, процес управління видатками бюджету, фінансові відносини, роль державного бюджету у забезпеченні потреб суспільства складові системи управління видатками державного бюджету , шляхи покращення та вдосконалення системи управління видатками бюджету в контексті бюджетних реформ.Theoretical aspects are considered in the work: the essence of the state budget of Ukraine, the process of managing budget expenditures, financial relations, the role of the state budget in meeting the needs of society, the components of the system of managing state budget expenditures, ways to improve and improve the system of managing budget expenditures in the context of budget reforms.
