| Abstract: | У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти системи підбору персоналу а особливості системи підбору на ТОВ «ВЕЛИКОДОЛИНСЬКИЙ ЗАВОД ЗБК»
Проаналізовано сучасний стан господарської діяльності та систему підбору персоналу ТОВ «ВЕЛИКОДОЛИНСЬКИЙ ЗАВОД ЗБК».
Запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення ефективності діючої системи підбору персоналу на підприємстві ТОВ «ВЕЛИКОДОЛИНСЬКИЙ ЗАВОД ЗБК», наведено змістовні пропозиції. The theoretical aspects of the personnel recruitment system and the features of the recruitment system of LLC «VELIKODOLINSKIY ICS» are considered in the paper. The current state of economic activity and personnel recruitment system of LLC «VELIKODOLINSKIY ICS» are analyzed. Measures are offered to increase the efficiency of the current system of personnel recruitment at the enterprise of LLC «VELIKODOLINSKIY ICS», and substantive proposals are given. |
