Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти сутності поняття, принципи та завдання антикризового управління банком; досліджена система та етапи антикризового управління; визначені механізм та інструментарій антикризового управління банком. Проаналізовано сучасні аспекти антикризового управління банком; досліджено механізм антикризового управління конкретного банку; зроблена оцінка адекватності власного капіталу та капітальної стійкості банку; визначена достатність ресурсного забезпечення банку; розглянута якість управління активними операціями банку. Запропоновано напрямки вдосконалення антикризового менеджменту банку; зроблена інтегральна оцінка фінансового стану банку на основі якості управління активами та пасивами; моделювання достатності капіталу банку з урахуванням впливу внутрішніх факторів.Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of the essence of the concept, principles and tasks of anti-crisis management of the bank; the system and stages of crisis management are investigated; the mechanism and tools of the crisis management of the bank have been determined. The modern aspects of bank crisis management are analyzed; the mechanism of crisis management of a particular bank is investigated; the adequacy of the bank's equity and capital stability were evaluated; the adequacy of the bank's resources was determined; the quality of management of active operations of the bank is considered. The directions of improvement of anti-crisis management of the bank are offered; an integral assessment of the financial condition of the bank based on the quality of asset and liability management; modeling of sufficient capital of the bank taking into account the influence of internal factors.
