Удосконалення транспортної системи Одеського регіону в умовах дії ЗВТ з ЄС

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи дослідження транспортної системи України та її регіонів в умовах дії зони вільної торгівлі з ЄС: визначено поняття транспортної системи країни та регіону, досліджено методи оцінки транспортної системи регіону. Проаналізовано транспортну систему Одеського регіону за видами транспорту, проведено аналіз інтеграції транспортних підприємств та організацій до єврорегіональної системи міжнародних перевезень, досліджено чинники розвитку транспортної системи Одеського регіону в умовах дії зони вільної торгівлі з ЄС. Наведено проблеми та перспективи інтеграції транспортної системи Одеського регіону в європейську транспортну систему та запропоновано заходи підвищення ефективності транспортної системи Одеського регіону в рамках розвитку європейського співробітництва.

The theoretical bases of the analysis of the transport system of Ukraine and its regions in the conditions of operating of free trade zone under ES: the concept of the transport system of the country and the region is defined, investigational methods of estimation of a transport system of region. The transport system of the Odessa region has been analyzed by the types of transport, the analysis of integration of transport enterprises and organizations is conducted to the euroregional system of international transportations, investigational factors of development of a transport system of the Odesa region in the conditions of operating of free trade zone under ES. The prospects for the development and integration of enterprises and organizations of the transport system of the Odessa region into the European transport system are presented the measures of increasing the efficiency of the transport system of the Odessa region in the framework of the development of European cooperation are proposed.
