Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти сутності та поняття угод злиття і поглинання, класифікації угод злиття і поглинання та основ оцінки угод злиття і поглинання. Виявлено проблеми на ринку злиттів і поглинань в Україні, запропоновано основні напрямки розвитку злиттів і поглинань в Україні.Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study the process of mergers and acquisitions in Ukraine. Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects the essence and concept of mergers and acquisitions, the classification of mergers and acquisitions, and the basis for the assessment of mergers and acquisitions. Revealed problems in the market of mergers and acquisitions in Ukraine, and offered the main directions of development of mergers and acquisitions in Ukraine.
