Економічне обґрунтування диверсифікації діяльності фермерського господарства (на прикладі ТОВ «Сервісагроцентр»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти сутності диверсифікації діяльності підприємств, та особливості її проведення на прикладі фермерських господарств на прикладі ТОВ «Сервісагроцентр» . Проведено аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства за останні 3 роки на основі якого виявлено проблеми та шляхи їх вирішення. Проведено економічне обґрунтування запропонованого варіанту диверсифікації. Зроблено аналіз ризиків проекту диверсифікації.The theoretical aspects of the nature of the diversification of the enterprises' activities, as well as the peculiarities of its carrying out on the example of farms on the example of LLC "Servisagotsentr" are considered in the work. The analysis of financial and economic activity of the enterprise for the last 3 years is carried out on the basis of which the problems and ways of their solution are revealed. The economic rationale for the proposed diversification option has been carried out. The risk analysis of the diversification project is made.
