У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства.
Проаналізовано основні показники фінансово-господарської діяльності ТОВ «Альфа-Сталь», надано оцінку конкурентоспроможності.
Запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення управління конкурентоспроможністю: впровадження електронного документообігу на підприємстві та заходи щодо зменшення обсягу дебіторської заборгованості.
Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of managements of competitiveness of the enterprise. Key indicators of financial and economic activity of «Alfa-stal Ltd» are analysed, competitiveness assessment is provided. It is offered measures for improvement of management of competitiveness: Introduction of electronic document flow at the enterprise and measures for reduction of volume of receivables.
