Проблеми безробіття населення в регіоні (на прикладі Одеської області)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти безробіття населення в Україні, основні причини та соціально-економічні наслідки безробіття, досвід подолання безробіття у розвинутих країнах світу. Проаналізовано сучасний стан ринку праці, зроблено аналіз динаміки показників безробіття та розглянуто державну політику зайнятості та соціальний захист безробітних в Україні. Визначено основні проблеми безробіття в Одеській області, розроблено прогнозування рівня безробіття та виявлена імплементація зарубіжного досвідуThe paper discusses the theoretical aspects of unemployment in Ukraine, the main causes and socio-economic consequences of unemployment, the experience of overcoming unemployment in developed countries. The current state of the labor market is analyzed, the dynamics of unemployment rates is analyzed, and the state employment policy and social protection of the unemployed in Ukraine are considered. The basic problems of unemployment in the Odessa region are identified, the forecasting of the unemployment rate is developed and the implementation of foreign experience is revealed
