Abstract

У роботі розглянуто сутність поняття Smart-спеціалізація; визначено основні методи пріоритетних галузей та потенціалу для регіонів в Україні та визначено сучасний стан ІТ-сфери в Одеському регіоні; проаналізовано інвестиційну привабливість ІТ-сфери за допомогою формування ІТ-кластерів; оцінено провідні Smart-технології ІТ-сфери в Одеському регіоні; розраховано та проаналізувати інтегральний показник інвестиційної привабливості; запропоновано інвестиційний проект розвитку ІТ-технологій (на прикладі міста Одеса); подано рекомендації щодо розвитку Smart-технологій ІТ-сфери

In the master's work, the essence of the concept of Smart Specialization is considered; identified the main methods of priority industry and capacity for the regions in Ukraine and identified the current state of the IT sector in the Odessa region; The investment attractiveness of the IT sphere was analyzed using the formation of IT clusters; the leading Smart technologies of the IT sphere in the Odessa region were evaluated; calculated and analyzed Integral indicator of investment preferences; An investment project for the development of IT technologies (for examples of the city of Odessa) is proposed; recommendations are given for the development of Smart technologies in the IT sphere.
