Видатки місцевих бюджетів України

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто організацію виконання видатків місцевих бюджетів, описано проблеми обслуговування видаткової частини бюджетів, належним чином проведено аналіз субвенції на освіту місцевому бюджету м. Одеси, видатків місцевого бюджету м. Одеси. Досліджено зарубіжний досвід вдосконалення обслуговування видаткової частини місцевих бюджетів та можливості його адаптації до сучасних умов в Україні.

The paper deals with the organization of execution of expenditures of local budgets, describes the problems of servicing the expenditure part of budgets, properly analyzes the subvention for education of the local budget of Odessa, expenditures of the local budget of Odessa. The foreign experience of improving the servicing of the expenditures of local budgets and the possibility of its adaptation to the current conditions in Ukraine are investigated. The first section addresses the nature of expenditures. The second section is analytical and involves the practice of implementing local budgets. The third section covers overseas experience in improving the system of servicing the expenditures of local budgets.
