| Abstract: | Досліджено фактори аналізу прибутковості підприємств будівельної галузі України. Проаналізовано динаміку обсягів продукції та чистого фінансового результату діяльності будівельних підприємств України за 2010-2018 р.р.
Запропоновано проведення управлінського аналізу витрат, аналізу системи ціноутворення, стратегічний аналіз можливостей залучення нових та втримання наявних інвесторів шляхом постійного моніторингу фінансових показників, а також проведення аналізу іміджу будівельних компаній. The factors of the analysis of profitability of the enterprises of building branch of Ukraine are investigated. The dynamics of production volumes and net financial result of activity of construction enterprises of Ukraine for 2010-2018 are analyzed. It is proposed to conduct management cost analysis, analysis of the pricing system, strategic analysis of opportunities to attract new and retain existing investors through continuous monitoring of financial performance, as well as analysis of the image of construction companies. |
