Алгоритм експертного оцінювання процесів систем управління якістю на підприємствах сфери інжинірингових послуг

Abstract

У тезах розроблено алгоритм експертного оцінювання процесів систем управління якістю на підприємствах сфери інжинірингових послуг у контексті вимог міжнародного стандарту ISO 9001:2015 (ДСТУ ISO 9001:2015) та методологію його застосування. Такий підхід дозволить компаніям забезпечувати структурування потоків інформації, їх адаптацію, вибір дієвих і доцільних методів, спроможних ефективно оцінювати процеси СУЯ, підвищувати конкурентоспроможність компаній та постійно поліпшувати як їх СУЯ, так і діяльність загалом.

The thesis develops an algorithm for expert evaluation of quality management systems at enterprises in the field of engineering services in the context of the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 (DSTU ISO 9001:2015) and the methodology of its application. This approach will allow companies to structure the flow of information, their adaptation, the choice of effective and appropriate methods that can effectively assess the QMS processes, increase the competitiveness of companies and constantly improve both their QMS and performance in general.
