Рівень заробітної плати в Україні як рушійний фактор зростання міграційних процесів

Abstract

В процесі глобалізації виробництва, взаємозалежності економік, розвитку міжнародного ринку праці посилюється трудова міграція. Під трудовою міграцією розуміють перетин особою кордону для працевлаштування. Однією з головних умов сталого розвитку національної економіки України, в сучасних умовах, є розвиток національного ринку праці, який безпосередньо здійснює динамічний вплив на трудову міграцію.У статті розглянуто основні причини трудових міграційних процесів в Україні. Проведено аналіз рівня якості життя в інших країнах та заробітної плати, як основних рушійних факторів зміни місця проживання для українців. Визначено, що серед країн-сусідів Польща має найкращий життєвий рівень, хоча поступається оплатою праці іншим державам. Незважаючи на це, у 2018 році до Польщі виїхало 1,2 млн. українців. У статті розглянуто кількість вакансій та резюме для роботи за кордоном, варто відзначити, що поява роботи має сезонний характер, найбільше потребується додаткової робочої сили навесні та влітку для роботи в сільському господарстві та будівництві. Проведено аналіз рівня заробітної плати в Україні та інших державах. Зафіксовано ріст реальної заробітної плати, але міграційні процеси не скорочуються.

The article deals with the main causes of labor migration processes in Ukraine. The quality of life in other countries and wages were analyzed as the main driving factors for changing the place of residence for Ukrainians. It has been determined that Poland has the best standard of living among its neighboring countries, although it is inferior to other countries. Despite this 1.2 million Ukrainians went to Poland in 2018. A popular country among Ukrainians is the United States, there migrated 940 thousand people. Given the long distance and language barrier, Ukrainians are making a difficult path to a decent life and better pay.The article looks at the number of vacancies and resumes for work abroad, it should be noted that the appearance of work is seasonal in nature, most need additional labor in the spring and summer to work in agriculture and construction. Resumes appear different in nature, most of them posted in winter and autumn, because seasonal work is present in our country. The analysis of the level of wages in Ukraine and other countries and determined that the highest level of wages offered: Sweden - 53 thousand UAH, Israel – 52 thousand UAH, Germany - 44 thousand UAH, and the smallest: Hungary – 18 thousand UAH, Bulgaria - 14 thousand UAH. Compared to nominal and real wages in Ukraine, their figures indicate real wage growth, but this is only sufficient to maintain a standard of living. That is why Ukrainians are forced to travel abroad in order to buy a home or to provide themselves with decent living conditions. The lack of funds remains an acute problem to this day, with a large difference in income for Ukrainians influencing demand and prices of goods and services, which creates class inequality. At the moment, Ukrainian orkers are replenishing their treasury with money transfers. However, Ukraine needs policy changes, such as simplifying its own business process and total control over tax payments, so that the state budget will have a steady income stream for economic development. With proper budget allocation, new spheres of economy and entrepreneurship will develop, which contributes to the emergence of new jobs.
