Центральний банк в системі валютного регулювання

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти понять «валютна політика», «валютне регулювання»; визначено роль центрального банку в системі валютного регулювання; досліджено інструменти валютного регулювання, використовувані центральним банком. Проаналізовано умови, що визначають функціонування валютного ринку України; проаналізовано макроекономічні показники, які випливають на формування валютного курсу; досліджено практичне застосування НБУ інструментарію валютного регулювання. Досліджено досвід валютної лібералізації в Польщі; визначено шляхи удосконалення процесу валютної лібералізація з метою досягнення цілей валютної політики.

The paper considers the theoretical aspects of the concepts of " currency policy", "currency regulation"; the role of the central bank in the system of currency regulation is determined; the instruments of currency regulation are investigated. The conditions that determine the functioning of the foreign exchange market of Ukraine are analyzed; macroeconomic indicators that affect the formation of the exchange rate are analyzed; the practical application of the NBU currency regulation tools is investigated. The experience of currency liberalization in Poland is studied; identified ways to improve the process of currency liberalization in order to achieve the goals of currency policy.
