Abstract

Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні аспекти управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. Метою роботи є розробка пропозицій та заходів щодо підвищення ефективності функціонування готелю «Il Decameron Luxury Design Hotel». У роботі було визначено поняття та сутності конкурентоспроможності підприємств готельного господарства, проаналізовано методи дослідження та оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства, було вивчено сутності та види стратегії в готелі та особливості їхнього використання в конкурентній боротьбі. Було надано повну характеристику готелю «Il Decameron Luxury Design Hotel». Було проаналізовано фінансові результати діяльності готелю За результатами дослідження сформульована доцільність застосування ряду заходів направлених на розробку стратегічних заходів щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності готелю «Il Decameron Luxury Design Hotel».The qualifying work consists an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, list of sources used. The object of research is the environment of the hotel "Il Decameron Luxury Design Hotel". The subject of the research is theoretical and practical aspects of enterprise competitiveness management. The purpose of the work is the development of proposals and measures to improve the efficiency of the hotel "Il Decameron Luxury Design Hotel". The paper considered the concept and essence of the competitiveness of the hotel industry, analyzed methods of research and evaluation of the competitiveness of the enterprise, as well as studied the essence and types of strategy in the hotel and the peculiarities of their use in competition. A full description of «Il Decameron Luxury Design Hotel» has been provided. The financial results of the hotel were analyzed. According to the results of the study, the expediency of applying a number of measures aimed at developing strategic measures to increase the competitiveness of the hotel «Il Decameron Luxury Design Hotel» was formulated.
