Шляхи збільшення прибутку на підприємстві готельного господарства (на прикладі готелю «Континенталь»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес формування прибутку готельних підприємств на прикладі готелю «Континенталь». У роботі розглянуто підходи до визначення сутності прибутку підприємств готельного господарства; вивчено види прибутку готеля, джерела його формування і використання; систематизовано фактори, що впливають на величину прибутку готельного підприємства. В аналітичній частині розглянуто організаційно-економічну характеристику діяльності готеля «Континенталь»; досліджено доходи, витрати, фінансовий стан і результати його функціонування; зроблено аналіз етапів формування прибутку в готелі «Континенталь». Внесені пропозиції, спрямовані на збільшення прибутку готелю «Континенталь». Зроблено економічне обґрунтування впровадження пропонованих заходів.

Qualification work consists of three segments. The object of analysis is the process of profit formation of hotel enterprises on the example of the hotel "Continental". The qualification work considers approaches to determining the essence of the profit of the hotel industry; the types of hotel profit, sources of its formation and exploitation are studied; the factors influencing the size of profit of the hotel enterprise are systematized. In the analytical part the organizational and economic characteristic of activity of hotel "Continental" is considered; income, expenses, financial condition and results of its functioning are investigated; the stages of formation of profit in hotel "Continental" is analyzed . Proposals have been made to increase the profits of the Continental Hotel. The implementation of the proposed measures was economically justified.
