Abstract

Для досягнення поставленої мети розглянуто теоретичні основи процесу побудови організаційної структури, сутність, класифікацію та методи оцінки її ефективності; наведено загальну економічну характеристику ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад»; проведено аналіз ефективності організаційної структури ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад» на основі визначених критеріїв; запропоновано заходи змін організаційної структури ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад»; наведено організаційні заходи та проведено оцінку ефективності запропонованих заходівTo achieve this goal, the theoretical foundations of the process of building an organizational structure, the essence, classification and methods of assessing its effectiveness; the general economic characteristic of Telecard-Device LLC is given; the analysis of efficiency of organizational structure of Open Company "Telecard-Device" on the basis of the defined criteria is carried out; proposed measures to change the organizational structure of LLC "Telecard-Device"; organizational measures are given and the effectiveness of the proposed measures is evaluated
