Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти сучасних методів управління персоналом. Проаналізовано стан фінансово-економічної діяльності ТОВ «КАСА-БЛАНКА», визначено його напрямки покращення результативності через підвищення рівня системи управління персоналом. Запропоновано заходи з поліпшення управління персоналом ТОВ «КАСА-БЛАНКА» на основі врахування результатів аналізу внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища, персоналу підприємства та фінансових показників.The paper considers the theoretical aspects of modern methods of personnel management. The state of financial and economic activity of KASA-BLANKA LLC is analyzed, its directions of efficiency improvement due to increase of the level of personnel management system are determined. Measures to improve the personnel management of KASA-BLANKA LLC are proposed on the basis of taking into account the results of the analysis of the internal and external environment, the personnel of the enterprise and financial indicators.
