Удосконалення процесу прийняття управлінських рішень на підприємстві

Abstract

Предметом дослідження є зміст, етапи і процедура процесу прийняття рішення в АТ «Південний». В якості об’єкта дослідження АТ «Південний». Метoю роботи є дослідження теоретичних підходів до прийняття управлінських рішень, а також практичних рекомендацій щодо прийняття типових управлінських рішень на прикладі банку АТ «Південний».. Досягнення поставленої мети розглянуто теоретичні основи процесу, прийняття управлінських рішень: сутність, класифікацію та методи прийняття управлінських рішень; визначено критерії ефективності управлінських рішень для банків; наведено загальну економічну характеристику АТ «Південний»; проведено аналіз ефективності управління ПАТ «Південний» на основі визначених критеріїв; розроблено методику прийняття рішень шодо можливості кредитування для ПАТ «Південний»; наведено організаційні заходи та проведено оцінку ефективності запропонованих заходів
