Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти організації відкриття та функціонування бізнесу в сфері виробництва соків: визначені перспективи та тенденції розвитку українського ринку соків і розглянуто загальну концепцію бізнесу. Проаналізовано діяльність наявних фірм в Україні в порівнянні з новоствореним проектом. Запропоновано проект створення підприємства з виготовлення екологічних соків. Сформовано стартовий капітал на реалізацію проекту, розраховані поточні витрати та спрогнозовано прибуток від реалізації послуг створюваного підприємства. Здійснено економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації проекту та охарактеризовані можливі ризики реалізації проекту

The work deals with the theoretical aspects of the organization of the opening and functioning of a business in the field of juice production: prospects and tendencies of development of the Ukrainian juice market are determined and the general concept of business is considered. The activity of companies in Ukraine were analyzed with the new project. The project of creation of the enterprise on production of ecological juices is offered. The seed capital for the project implementation has been formed, the current costs have been calculated and the profit from the sale of the services of the created enterprise has been forecasted. The economic substantiation of expediency of project realization is carried out and possible risks of project realization are characterized.
