Економічне обґрунтування проекту створення підприємства у сфері торгівлі (на прикладі продажу мінеральних добрив та агрохімії

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади започаткування власної справи у сфері торгівлі (торгового підприємства з продажу мінеральних добрів та агрохімії): розглянуто бізнес-ідею започаткування власної справи; досліджуються нормативно-правове регулювання підприємницької діяльності в Україні, проведена аналітична оцінка можливості організації бізнесу у сфері торгівлі. Проаналізоване конкурентне середовище на ринку мінеральних добрив та агрохімії у м. Одеса та визначені конкурентні переваги створюваного підприємства. Розраховано витрати на створення та функціонування підприємства з продажу мінеральних добрив та агрохімії. Спрогнозовано прибуток від реалізації продукції створюваного підприємства. Проведено оцінку економічної ефективності проекту. Проаналізовані можливі ризики та запропоновані заходи щодо їх мінімізації.

The paper discusses the theoretical principles of starting a business in the sphere of trade (trade enterprise for the sale of mineral products and agrochemicals): considers the business idea of starting a business; the normative legal regulation of business activity in Ukraine is investigated, analytical analysis of the possibility of business organization in the sphere of trade is made. The competitive environment on the market of mineral fertilizers and agrochemistry in Odessa is analyzed and the competitive advantages of the created enterprise are defined. The costs for the establishment and operation of the enterprise for the sale of mineral fertilizers and agrochemistry are calculated. The profit from realization of production of the created enterprise is forecasted. The cost-effectiveness of the project has been evaluated. Possible risks are analyzed and measures to minimize them are proposed.
