Розробка бізнес-плану інвестиційного проекту, освоєння нової продукції на підприємстві

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти принципів будування бізнес-планування на підприємстві, аналітична оцінка та розрахування бізнес плану з кабельної продукції, а також методичні засади здійснення його вартісної оцінки. Проаналізовано теоретичні аспекти бізнес-плану, методичні засади підприємства, оцінка вартості кабельної продукції на прикладі ПАТ «Одеський кабельний завод «Одескабель» Запропоновано впровадити розробку 5 видів продукції, маркетинг та впровадження нового обладнання на підприємстві.The work deals with the theoretical aspects the theoretical aspects of the principles of building business planning at the enterprise, analytical evaluation and calculation of the business plan for cable products, as well as methodological principles of its cost evaluation. Theoretical aspects of the business plan, methodical bases of the enterprise, estimation of cost of cable production on an example of PJSC "Odessa cable plant" Odeskabel "are analyzed. It is proposed to implement the development of 5 types of products, marketing and implementation of new equipment at the enterprise.
