Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти ефективності міжнародною конкурентоспроможності підприємства, визначається фактори, що впливають на міжнародну конкурентоспроможність та шляхи її підвищення. Проаналізовано сучасний стан міжнародної конкурентоспромжності на ПрАТ «Одеський машинобудівний завод». Проведено PEST-аналіз та SWOT-аналіз. Визначено фактори, що впливають на міжнародну конкурентоспроможність ПрАТ «Одеський машинобудівний завод». Проаналізовано сучасний стан міжнародної конкурентоспроможності ПрАТ «Одеський машинобудівний завод» Запропоновано шляхи підвищення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності ПрАТ «Одеський машинобудівний завод».

The theoretical aspects of the effectiveness of international competitiveness of the enterprise are considered in the paper, the factors influencing the international competitiveness and ways of its improvement are determined. The current state of international competitiveness at “Odessa Machine Building Plant” is analyzed. PEST analysis and SWOT analysis were performed. The factors affecting the international competitiveness of “Odessa Machine Building Plant” are determined. The current state of international competitiveness of PJSC "Odessa Machine Building Plant" is analyzed The ways of increasing the international competitiveness of "Odessa Machine Building Plant" are proposed.
